Lisa Vanderpump faces another class action lawsuit from a former SUR employee.Olivia Beverly Hanson filed the complaint on behalf of July 31 on behalf of herself and others who worked at Vanderpump’s West Hollywood, Calif., which is featured on Vanderpump Rules. According to the documents obtained by E! News, Hanson accuses Vanderpump and her husband, a fellow restaurateur Ken Todd, violate several California labor laws.

The file claims that for at least one to four years, Vanderpump and Todd failed to pay workers minimum wage and overtime, failed to provide adequate meals and rest, failed to provide specific salary or failed to provide workers with pay stubs at the end of their employment.

Hanson says she worked at SUR from October 2019 to January 2020. Her responsibilities at the upscale restaurant included “seating customers, confirming reservations and answering phones,” the lawsuit says.
