ANKARALeicester City have extended the contract of French midfielder Nampalys Mendy by two years, the club announced on Monday.
“Leicester City Football Club can confirm that midfielder Nampalys Mendy has signed a contract extension until the end of the 2021/22 season,” the Foxes said in a statement.
Mendy, who usually plays as a defensive midfielder, joined English club Nice in 2016. He also played for Monaco.
The 28-year-old has made 49 appearances for Leicester City.
