Football Insider now claims Leeds have identified Swifts Royals teammate Michael Olise as a potential target.
The highly-rated 18-year-old made stints in both the Chelsea and Manchester City youth systems before eventually rising through the ranks at Reading.
He represented France at youth level, winning a call to last year’s edition of the very prestigious Toulon Tournament.
Olise made his Royals debut against Leeds at the end of last season and has so far made 27 appearances in all competitions.
The central midfielder, who can also play a more advanced attacking role, is one of Reading’s most valuable assets.
Still, the coronavirus crisis has led some to speculate that players could be available at low prices at Madejski Stadium this summer, especially with Reading being one of the league’s lowest spenders.
Olise has two more years on her contract at Reading.
The midfielder has often been central to the Royals this season, but has had the freedom to drift to find space.
This means that he also has the ability to play on the wings.

Left footed, Olise has the ability to command the ball and spray passes to attackers from an attacking midfield position.
Reports linked the youngster to Celtic earlier this summer.
Parkhead’s COO Nicky Hammond was Reading’s football manager and knows Olise well.
