Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier will be hoping to make his France Under-21 debut after receiving his latest international call.
The 20-year-old will face promising Fiorentina goalkeeper Alban Lafont – who was loaned to Nantes last season – for a place in the starting XI, alongside Bordeaux substitute Gaetan Poussin.

The U-21s of France are classified in group 2 of the qualifiers for the European Under-21 Championship and are launching their qualification campaign against Georgia and Azerbaijan.
Meslier, who has signed permanently for Blancs de Lorient this summer, is joined by Leeds target Odsonne Edouard from Celtic in the final squad.
Having overtaken Kiko Casilla as Leeds’ first choice, this could be the next step in the youngster’s development progression ahead of his club’s next Premier League campaign.
Both days have been promising for Leeds international representatives, with Kalvin Phillips winning his first call for England.
He will join Scotland’s Liam Cooper, Welsh striker Tyler Roberts and Northern Ireland Stuart Dallas on the senior international stage, while Liam McCarron has been named to the Scottish U-21 squad.
