Previously, it had suspended the resumption of flights to the popular holiday destination until the end of August.

Britons visiting Spain or the Spanish Islands must self-isolate for 14 days upon their return.

The destination was dropped from the list of “safe” trips last month following an increase in the number of cases.

Jet2 has also canceled all Croatia vacation packages until September 14.

In a statement, the tour operator said the decision was due to “continued uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as advice from the UK government”.
