The former Liverpool and Tottenham midfielder, who now works as an expert for Sky Sports, was recently on vacation in Cornwall with his two sons, Charles, 16, and Beau, 11.
Jamie posted pictures of himself, his boys and two of their friends in the sea in Fistral, Newquay, where they tried their hand at surfing.
The League of their Own star also shared photos of the family enjoying a meal at Cornish Arms in St Merryn on her Instagram story.
Jamie and Frida, 37, were reportedly introduced by mutual friends. The mother of four was previously married to US hedge fund businessman Jonathan Lourie, 58, while Jamie parted ways with former Eternal singer Louise Redknapp in 2017 after 19 years of wedding.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Jamie feels ready to leave his marriage to Louise and is happy to do so with someone who also has children and is financially secure.
“Jamie and Frida are early on, but they’ve become close and really like spending time together when they can.”
The source continued, “Anyone who knows Jamie knows full well that his sons are his number one priority and mean everything to him, he puts them first.
“But he gets along really well with Frida and she has been very understanding about him juggling fatherhood and his successful TV career. He loves that she is also a mother so appreciates the balance.
