Hayden Panettiere’s ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson has reportedly threatened to post private and humiliating videos of the actress after her arrest earlier this year.The on-off couple finally called for resignation four months ago after being arrested for allegedly punching Panettiere in the face during an argument on Valentine’s Day in Jackson, Wyoming, and she was recently granted protection. court ordered in Wyoming and California.

According to insiders, Hickerson “had direct communication with” the former Nashville actress following his legal issues, a source told Us Weekly, during which he “threatened to release certain information if she did not. ‘not drop the charges’.

Hickerson – who was also arrested in May 2019 in connection with domestic violence in an incident with Panettiere – has been charged with intimidation of witnesses in the pending case because an arrest warrant for his crime was issued across the United States last week.

Last month he was charged with eight more counts in the case, four counts of bodily harm against a spouse / partner, including two counts of assault with a lethal weapon and one charge of misdemeanor assault and battery on a spouse / cohabitant.

Court documents allege Hickerson attempted to contact the Heroes star in March and escalated in “a much more directed and threatening manner towards the end of June.”

“Some of the ’embarrassing’ information … appears to relate to short video clips that were sent from (Hickerson) to (Panettiere) during this exchange of a previous incident at an unknown date and time,” according to legal documents.

Hickerson “used threatening language in texts and videos referring to information that would be embarrassing to (Panettiere) if she refused to drop the charges that were brought against him.”

He has pleaded not guilty in the original case and denies the allegations. Hickerson faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
