Donald Trump’s ex-lawyer Michael Cohen teases explosive revelations in revealing new book

Former Donald Trump personal attorney Michael Cohen has vowed to reveal private secrets from the US president’s past life in a revealing new book he has written from prison.Cohen was Mr. Trump’s fixer and confidant for over a decade, but he turned on Mr. Trump during the Russian election interference investigation and was ultimately jailed for lying to Congress .

On Thursday, Cohen announced the imminent release of a new memoir, titled Disloyal, and posted the 3,700-word foreword that teased the explosive revelations to come.

“This is a book the President of the United States doesn’t want you to read,” Cohen said as, in a hyperbole-filled excerpt, he hinted at the allegedly explosive details that would be made.

Cohen describes in the foreword how he feared Mr. Trump wanted him dead before he testified in Congress after exposing his former boss.

“The President of the United States wanted me dead. Or, let me say it like Donald Trump would: He wouldn’t mind if I was dead, ”Cohen wrote at one point.
