Coronavirus: Gyms and swimming pools will reopen on August 31


Gyms, swimming pools and indoor sports fields will be able to reopen from August 31, Nicola Sturgeon announced.

The prime minister told Holyrood that the move would also apply to places such as dance and gymnastics studios, where people over the age of 12 could participate in non-contact activities.

She said further restrictions could be lifted on September 14.

He could see sports stadiums and theaters reopen with strict limits on capacity and social distancing.
