CORONATION Street actress Sonia Ibrahim has revealed that she is “over the moon” to expect her first baby, a daughter, with her husband.
The mom-to-be, who played Mel Maguire in the soap opera, shared the exciting news with her Instagram fans.
Posting a photo of her and her husband, Arron Machin dressed in pink clothes, Sonia, 30, wrote: “First love, then marriage, then a BABY in a stroller.
She added: “I am absolutely thrilled with the moon. I feel incredibly blessed to announce that my amazing husband and I are expecting a beautiful baby girl. ”
Sonia, who owes her baby on Jan. 17, went on to say that no feeling in the world could exceed the excitement of knowing she was going to be a mom.
“I can promise one thing, above all else, that I will love, adore and cherish my little princess more than anything in this world.
She ended the message by saying, “I can’t wait to meet you in January my perfect little princess. ”
And she added the lovely hashtags # 15weekspregnant #mamatobe #daddysgirl #cloudnine. ”
Sonia filmed her last scenes on Corrie in 2017.
