Celtics vs Bucks score: live updates as Giannis Antetokounmpo and Milwaukee resume their quest for the NBA title

The 2019-2020 NBA season is officially underway and on Friday night, two Eastern Conference candidates took to the field for the first time in the Disney World bubble. After the third quarter, things are all tied at 87-87 between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Boston Celtics. The likely MVP, Giannis Antetokounmpo, paved the way for the Bucks, as expected. He recorded 20 points, 11 rebounds and five assists, for another double-double. Khris Middleton had 15 points, and Brook Lopez added 14. As a team, they did a tremendous job reaching the line, making 25 of 30 free throw attempts.

The Celtics also lived on the free throw line, making 26 of their 33 attempts. It was a big boost for their offensive attack, as they had had an extremely difficult time taking shots from outside. Kemba Walker went 3 of 6 from 3 points, but the rest of the squad was 7 for 25.
