Celebrity chef Rachael Ray’s New York home “burnt down” in massive fire


Celebrity chef Rachael Ray is said to be “safe” after a fire destroys her New York home.Entertainment Tonight has reported that Rachael, along with her husband John Cusimano and their dog Bella are all safe, after the Warren County Sheriff’s Office confirmed there was a house fire on the Chuckwagon Trail in Lake Lucerne.

The 51-year-old chief’s representative reportedly told ET that the house was “unfortunately damaged and we don’t yet know how much”.

Firefighters continue to fight the blaze at the scene.

Several fire departments are said to be grappling with the blaze at the celebrity chef’s home after being called to the scene at 7:27 p.m. local time.

Additional services and tankers were called in to provide water and assistance.

A total of 12 fire departments were on the scene as they sought to bring the blaze under control.

Photos showed the house on fire with the roof on fire.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

Rachael Ray had used the house to film some scenes on her show during the lockdown period.

The Rachael Ray Show has aired on US television since 2006, although it is currently on hiatus during the summer months.
