Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s former mansion in Beverly Hills now has a new owner.

The 12,000-square-foot Tudor-style home was purchased for $ 32.5 million in an off-market sale to an anonymous buyer, earning more than double what the celebrity couple initially paid, reports the Los Angeles Times.

The actors initially bought the house in 2001 for $ 13.5 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Off the market: The 12,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion that once belonged to Brad Pitt, 56, and Jennifer Aniston, 51, was recently sold for $ 32.5 million, more than double what they paid

The mansion was listed last year for $ 56 million by Susan Smith of brokerage firm Hilton & Hyland, but was taken off the market in March after the asking price was lowered to $ 44.5 million .

“No one has really changed the exterior of the house. It sits on over an acre. It’s street to street, which is unusual in Beverly Hills, ”Smith told TODAY Home.

Brad, 56, and Jennifer, 51, sold the property in 2006, a year after their divorce was finalized.

The classic house dates from 1934 and has four bedrooms and twelve full bathrooms.

Actor Frederic March, best known for his Oscar-winning performances in Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Hyde (1931) and The Best Years Of Our Lives (1946), originally built the house, designed by Wallace Neff, for him and his wife Florence Eldridge.

There is also a two story guest house located next to a newly built tennis court, giving the house five bedrooms in total.

The house has been significantly expanded and updated by Brad and Jen over the course of their years.

Heated marble floors have transformed the kitchen into a more welcoming space, while the dining room has an elegant fireplace and can seat 20 people.

The mansion has a bar that can be converted into a projection area with a digital projector that can rise from the ground, a fitting touch for Hollywood royalty.

Brad and Jennifer at one point lived next door to Danny DeVito, although his house was later sold and split in half, with Australian billionaire James Packer buying one of the halves for $ 66 million, according to CNBC.
