Adele’s weight loss journey began after her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki last year, with whom she shares her son, Angelo.

She is said to have wanted to make a change in her life when she became single again and embarked on a grueling weight loss and workout regimen.
Adele never revealed how much weight she actually lost, but rumored to be around seven stones.
She is said to have been on the Sirtfood Diet, which sees lean people eat foods known as sirtuin activators which control how the body processes fat and sugar and regulate appetite in the process.

These include plant-based foods like kale, buckwheat, green tea, and turmeric.
She also gave up the 10 cups of sweet tea she drank each day and said goodbye to alcohol, cigarettes and caffeine.
