Police discovered the body of a homeless woman, whose identity has not yet been released, who was held against her will and beaten with a baseball bat, The Sun reports.
Police records show that Finnegan and Dishman tortured, raped and strangled her before she died.
Finnegan and Dishman admitted to luring victim to their home under the guise of offering a place to stay
Authorities found evidence the woman was chained to a bed and chained with a dog collar while her arms were tied with zip ties.
Finnegan and Dishman then hit the woman on the head with a baseball bat before repeatedly raping her and depriving her of food and medical aid, it is claimed.
The duo then allegedly strangled her with a ligature and left her to die.
After the woman passes away, Finnegan is accused of using sharp objects to cut off part of one of her breasts and nose.
His ligaments were then placed in a freezer.
When authorities entered the property, they found the victim’s frozen body under the bed.
It is alleged that Finnegan hid the body because there were cleaning products used to clean the freezer for evidence.
On-scene investigators from the Criminal Investigation Division of the ORPD and the District Attorney General’s Office described the suspects’ alleged actions as “having physically abused a corpse in a manner that is shocking and offensive”.
Finnegan and Dishman both face charges of aggravated kidnapping and first degree murder.
Finnegan faces additional charges of aggravated rape and tampering with evidence.
Dishman’s charges include aggravating sexual violence and abuse of a corpse.
The couple admitted they committed the crimes after Miranda and were in custody at the Anderson County Jail.
