Points can be earned via orders placed on the Wendy app, or customers can scan their QR code at the cash register or while driving in stores. The rewards include a 150 point Frosty Small Milkshake, a 450 point Baconator Breakfast Sandwich, and a 700 point salad.

Starbucks announced on Tuesday that it would begin allowing its customers to purchase items on the company’s app using credit cards, debit cards and cash. Previously, customers had to load money onto a Starbucks card if they wanted to pay with the app and collect rewards.
Digital commerce has been at the heart of fast food and fast food restaurants, including Wendy’s. The company recently said that 5.5% of its sales came from online orders and apps, more than double the revenue percentage compared to the same quarter last year. Wendy’s also said digital shoppers visit more frequently and buy more food than in-store shoppers.
