2019 was a big year for BTS
As fans know, 2019 has been a momentous year for BTS. The group attended the 2019 Grammy Awards after being nominated for Best Recording Package. At the awards ceremony, they presented the award for Best R&B, becoming the first Korean act to make an appearance and perform at the awards ceremony.
In April 2019, they released their EP Soul Map: Persona. It debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, making BTS the first group since the Beatles to have three No. 1 albums in less than a year. “Boy With Luv” was the first single from Soul Map: Persona, and when he broke the record for the most watched online music video in 24 hours.
The group has organized two record-breaking world tours, Love Yourself World Tour and BTS World Tour Love Yourself: Speak Yourself. They won the award for best social artist and best duo / group at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, and for best K-Pop and best group at the MTV Video Music Awards 2019.

The group has also won all the awards for which they have been nominated at the American Music Awards winning favorite duo or pop / rock group, favorite social artist and tour of the year.
At the end of the year, BTS won Daesang All-Kills at the 2019 Melon Music Awards and the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards, becoming the first artists in history to win all four Daesangs at MAMA in a single night. They concluded the year by playing on Dick Clark’s New Years Eve with Ryan Seacrest.
‘BTS Memories of 2019’ will commemorate their stellar year
On July 19, 2020, BTS shared a trailer for their upcoming BTS Memories of 2019 DVD. Based on the preview, fans will see BTS doing Soul Map: Persona, their trip to the Grammy and Billboard Music Awards, tour footage, their 2019 MMA and MAMA wins, and their New Years performance.
Because of all they have accomplished in 2019, BTS Memories of 2019 will have the most content at the moment. Compared to BTS Memories of 2018 which lasted 480 minutes, BTS memories of 2019 will have 633 minutes of content. This means that fans will have over 10 hours and 30 minutes of new BTS content with the DVD.

Fans are excited about the new DVD
After the announcement, fans expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming release of BTS memories of 2019 on social media. With the DVD collection, ARMY will be able to relive the historic year of the Korean group.
