The Spanish airport authority AENA has already blamed long queues at the airport of Palma de Mallorca on muddled-up.
They say that the holiday makers arrive with them, incomplete, completed incorrectly, or is not in possession of a form or a QR code to all – these should be verified or corrected, causing long waits in the arrivals.
