“I am an adult now, it has been insecure for me for a while,” said the 19-year-old. “I have never been so happy and so comfortable in my skin !! ”
Teresa commented on her daughter’s message by writing: “I couldn’t be more proud of you… You are beautiful inside and out I love you endlessly and beyond ❤️. ”
Teresa and her ex, Joe, also share three other girls – Gabriella, Milania and Audriana. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the girls were unable to travel to see their father in Italy.
The father of four was released from prison in March 2019 after serving three years behind bars after pleading guilty to several fraud charges in 2014. He was ordered to leave the United States at the end of his sentence. imprisonment and was placed in Immigration and Customs Watch (ICE) after his release. Joe appealed the deportation decision to federal court, but that appeal was dismissed in April 2019.
Last October, Joe was released from ICE custody and has since lived in his home country pending the decision on his latest appeal. Lawyer for the Giudice family, James Leonard Jr., told ET at the time: “Today is very bittersweet. Everyone is happy that he is no longer in custody, but the truth is Joe Giudice belongs to the house with his wife and children in New Jersey. and not in Italy. ”
In April, Joe’s last attempt to appeal his deportation to the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit was denied. He can still seize an additional court of appeal for his deportation appeal.
