Sask. Health officials say COVID worker in Midtown Plaza is wearing a mask


SASKATOON – An employee of two companies at the Midtown Plaza in Saskatoon tested positive for COVID-19. In a health alert, the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) stated that the employee had worked three times from July 10 to 12.

The stores concerned are:

  • July 12: Garage clothing, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • July 10 and 11: Soft Moc, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The SHA said the employee wore a mask in both places.

Anyone who has frequented these businesses during these times is encouraged to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days or get tested. Tests are available to anyone, upon referral, by calling HealthLine 811.
