Phillip Schofield could be poached from ITV’s This Morning that the BBC are apparently lining up a multi-million pound offer he can’t refuse to him on the competing channel. Phil, 58 years, presented The Morning show since 2002, the year in which he animated alongside Fern Britton and Holly Willoughby, since 2006, becoming an icon of TELEVISION as a duo, because of their live stuff and giggly innuendo.

But even if the BBC does not make Phil an offer after his “golden cage” contract ends in 2021, ITV could beat him.

Phil is currently thought to earn £1 million a year, so an offer that would convince him would need to be expensive.
