Kaiser acknowledged the complaints about wait times of several hours and queues of several blocks at the Hôtel-Dieu.

“We have had feedback on the queues and we are very aware of it,” he said.

Kaiser assured the public that the healthcare network is working hard to increase its testing capacity and reduce delays.

“Be patient,” he urged the audience. “Your desire to take a test is important to us. ”
