Mohamed Salah “happy” to stay at Liverpool but refuses to rule out a future transfer: “let’s see what happens”

Mohamed Salah insists he is happy at Liverpool after helping them win their first Premier League title in 30 years, but declined to rule out a move in the future.

The Egyptian star scored 19 Premier League goals, making him the Reds’ top scorer for a third consecutive season by winning a historic first title under Jurgen Klopp.

The 28-year-old has been a revelation since arriving from Roma in 2018, playing a key role for the Merseyside side in their Champions League and Club World Cup triumphs in 2019.

Salah has achieved iconic status at Anfield for his goal heroics, but speculation linking him to a big-under stint at Real Madrid refuses to end.

And while the Liverpool forward is keen to savor his title success after lifting the trophy following their win over Chelsea, he has hinted that a move could be considered in the future.

In an interview with LA FM Colombia, Salah was asked to reveal his ambitions as he enters the early years of his career: “I just want to take advantage of today and enjoy the moment! ” he has answered.

“No one knows the future and what will happen. Let’s see what will happen.

“But by the time we win the Champions League, we win the Premier League, I’m happy.

“Let’s see what will happen in the future, but I’m very happy to win and to take home these trophies. “
