The Office of health of the Middlesex-London has reported a new case on Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases in the region, 626 since the beginning of the pandemic in march. The vast majority of the local population who became ill has recovered; there have been 57 deaths linked to the virus in London and in the county of Middlesex.

Middlesex-London was part of a large number of districts authorized by the province to proceed with phase 2 of re-opening on 12 June, which eased the restrictions on social gatherings and activities. Toronto and Peel have been detained for nearly two weeks, until they meet the criteria of spread and containment of the virus.
