The Rolling Stones shared “Scarlet,” an unreleased song recorded in October 1974 with Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page. Listen to it below. “Scarlet” will appear on the next reissue of the Stones’ 1973 album Goat’s Head Soup. Reflecting on the unearthed track, Mick Jagger wrote, “I remember performing for the first time with Jimmy and Keith in Ronnie’s basement studio. It was a great session. “Keith Richards commented, “I remember we walked in at the end of a Zeppelin session. They were just leaving, and we had reservations next door and I believe Jimmy decided to stay. We weren’t cutting it as a song, it was basically for a demo, a demo, you know, just to get the feel of it, but it went well, with a line up like that, you know, we better use the. ”
