Kate Garraway has confirmed that she will return to Good Morning Britain on Tuesday morning alongside her co-host Ben Shephard.She also revealed that she would “hopefully” give viewers an update on her husband Derek Draper, who remains in the hospital, following a long and deadly battle with the coronvirus that has left her. led to a coma.

Appearing in a good mood, Kate posted a cute pic with Ben as they wore silly mouth masks.

She wrote alongside, “So I can’t wait to see you all on @gmb tomorrow morning (we’re going to lose the weird masks, don’t worry).

Derek recently began to wake up from his coma Kate says he still has a long way to go and that she took 14 weeks off GMB while her husband was ill.

She recently explained what it was like for her son Billy to celebrate his 11th birthday so badly with his father.

She revealed that her young son was understandably “emotional” not to have his father with him.

But she told Billy that they could do it all over again once her dad got home.
