Gas explosion shakes building in Iranian capital: firefighters


DUBAI (Reuters) – A gas explosion rocked a residential building in Tehran, the capital of Iran, on Saturday, injuring one person, the semi-official ISNA news agency said, citing city firefighters.Several gas cylinders stored in a basement exploded, damaging the building and injuring a resident, a fire department spokesperson told ISNA.

There have been several explosions around Iranian military, nuclear and industrial facilities since the end of June.
