The complaints allege that Hines requested approximately $ 13.5 million in PPP loans through applications from an insured financial institution for different businesses. He received $ 3.9 million in PPP loans.[…]
The complaint states that Hines submitted fraudulent loan applications that made numerous false and misleading claims about the companies’ salary expenses.
