Arsenal has recruited David Luiz to convince his team-mate brazilian Thiago Silva to join the Gunners in the Paris Saint-Germain this summer, according to reports.
Silva has already announced he will leave the French champions after the end of the champions League this season, putting an end to his eight years in Paris.
And Arsenal is keen to get ahead of Everton and Tottenham to sign the free transfer of 35 years as they seek to sign a capital to improve their defence before the next season.
