“Who, in fact, I’m pretty happy was canceled, if I’m perfectly honest.
“But, instead of doing all six days, 800 km and over 19,000 meters of climbing, we decided to do it locally. ”

He continued, “It will be a difficult day for people to take around their local area.
“It’s 137km and you’ve got to try and get 3700 meters of climbing, which is very difficult in the UK.
“It’s going to be a little silly, but it’s another way to get people there, fundraising.
“A trusted one, for example, will likely lose £ 2 million in donations this year, so it’s really difficult for them. So if we can get out of there and raise money, then it’s all worth it. “
She added: “Unfortunately, I was beaten in the final ranking of the work.
“But it was incredible and we managed to raise more than £ 250,000 for the NHS. ”
Mike joked that the challenge had “taken over” the life of his wife.
