Wolverhampton Wanderers fans are delighted after Tottenham’s 1-1 draw against Manchester United. With the Wolves two points above Spurs and two points behind United before kick-off, all eyes were on the Premier League shock at Old Trafford.

The Spurs took the lead when Steven Bergwijn defeated David de Gea with a powerful shot before United reached level with a penalty from Bruno Fernandes.

There was controversy in the final stages as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team received another penalty which was canceled by VAR.

Wolves are just three points behind fifth, United, before Saturday’s shock against West Ham, while Sheffield United is between the two in sixth.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s men return to action at London’s stadium at 5.30pm and supporters are optimistic after tonight’s result.

One of them said on social media: “All the results have gone so far. ”

“The results so far must capitalize in the capital tomorrow evening,” added another. ” Bring it on! “

A third said, “Well, the 4 teams around us immediately – 3 draws, 1 loses. You have to be satisfied with it. If we can capitalize tomorrow of course, a victory already puts us in a better position since the restart. ”
