The Mandalorian
The final episode of the behind-the-scenes docuseries “Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian” revealed that Mark Hamill has lent his voice to the droid character EV-9D9 in the Disney+ of the series “The Mandalorian”.

The droid is the same as that of the “Return of the Jedi” in charge of the registration of the new droid acquisitions in Jabba the Hutt’s palace. It appears in the fifth episode, which takes place on Tatooine. [Source: Screen Rant]

Strange Things
A new social media post from the writers room on Netflix of “strange Things” had included a picture highlighting all the scripts for the upcoming episodes of the fourth season. The photo seems to confirm the new race season to go nine episodes, taking the number up to the highest episode from the second season.

Comedy Central has given a series order of Grace Edwards “Jodie”, an adult animated spin-off of Jodie Landon character from MTV classic sitcom of the 90’s “Daria”. Golden Globe winner Tracee Ellis Ross is set to voice, the holder of the lead and serve as executive producer.

The spin-off picks up with Jodie degree and enter in a complex world and will explore the trials and tribulations of a first job for a new generation. It will be the satire of the workplace culture, the generation Z struggles, the artifice of social media and more. [Source: Comedy Central]

Close Enough
HBO Max has created the official trailer for their animated comedy series “Close Enough” which hits the 9 July. JG Quintel (“the Regular Show”) created the surreal animated comedy about a married couple, their five-year-old daughter, and their two divorced best friends/roommates all live together on the east side of Los Angeles – juggling work, children, and dreams, while avoiding the travel time snails, stripper clowns, and murderous models.
