TUI: vacations in the major hotspot canceled until December after the announcement of a new procedure | Travel News | Trip


TUI announced its return this month in July, raising hopes for the British’s future vacation. The big vacation company has announced that it will resume July 11 flights to just eight destinations. Destinations include flights to popular vacation destinations with Britons like Ibiza, Palma, Corfu, Crete, Kos, Rhodes, Lanzarote and Tenerife.

Countries around the world have decided to close their borders and restrict travel earlier this year in an attempt to stop the spread of the coronavirus.As case and death rates fall, countries have started to reintroduce some travel.

TUI updated their travel tips this week on their website.

A message from TUI on their website states: “Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, the Department of Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs is currently not advising travel except when essential.

“We would like to personally thank you for your patience and understanding as our customer service and social media teams work around the clock for an unprecedented period.

“We worked behind the scenes to make a number of changes to our processes.

“These changes will allow us to offer you additional assistance in the future and make it easier for you to manage your reservation. ”

TUI will only operate flights from London Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham.

When TUI restarts in Florida in December, they will not be using their own planes.

TUI Airways will resume flights to Florida in March 2021.
