Chris Cream SportsLogos.net — an authority on news about this kind of thing — is reporting that the Raptors are going to make changes to their look from the next season, whenever that may be. Creamer says the Raptors are going to get rid of their current primary uniforms, and make small changes to their logo.
This is the jersey design, they apparently no longer use:
The new jerseys and logos are usually unveiled in the summer, during the NBA offseason. This year, however, the offseason will not take place until October.
Just what the new uniforms and logo look like is still unknown; however, the Cream speculated that the Raptors can return to their alternate jerseys, replacing the word “North” with “Raptors” or “Toronto.”
The Raptors have worn three variations of the same uniform, with the word “Northern” appearing in a chevron design on the front of the shirt. The uniform has been unveiled first in the black in 2017, followed by the white and red versions in 2018. The red alternates were worn by the Raptors during their championship and won the game against the Golden State Warriors last season.
