The Corrie having been closed for several weeks due to the pandemic of sars coronavirus, Colson used his time to begin a regime of fitness gruelling.
He shared photos of his silhouette attenuated on Instagram and revealed that he had left for an early morning run before his first day back on the shelf.
The weight loss spectacular Colson has prompted fans of Corrie to wonder how the producers will handle the continuity as his character Craig adopts a different dynamic.
In her photo on Instagram, Colson is seen in black shorts and a t-shirt while he takes a selfie in the mirror.
It has légendé the snapshot with: “Begin the morning with a race. Quarantine daily. ”
He added: “First day back at work. Like a child at Christmas. “
Colson has shared the secret of his turnaround dramatic with its body shape in a video he published on social networks last week.
We see the actor working hard, swing the kettlebell above her head, doing curls with heavy dumbbells and slam a ball weighted on the ground.
Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland in Corrie, has commented: “You look absolutely mega buddy well done. ”
Speaking on his podcast, Colson has revealed that he may need to use a fat suit to help his character Craig to keep its shape.
Colson said: “We are in direct continuation, but I almost lost a dozen stones since we left work, so I’m not sure [my hair] going to be the biggest of their problems.
“I could wear a wig and a costume fat when we come back. Now, we are going to shampoo a violet that was almost the colour of platinum, which essentially removes the pigment of ginger.
“Then the jaundice will disappear, and I will have a blonde hair, what I do technically now. “
