A TERROR suspect said to have stabbed three people to death in a park had left the jail just 16 days earlier.

Sources said Saadallah has been given high priority by the probation service because of his illness, of his violent past. A source said: “The motivation remains unclear. His associations in prison are a line of inquiry.
“It is obvious that he had an interest in extremism last year. He was delusional and probably paranoid schizophrenia and has been on strong medication that could be administered regularly in prison. His questions means any trigger could have been very fast.”
The chiefs of Police declared the attack a terrorist incident. They have also pointed out that mental health was an “important factor” in their requests for information.
