WWhenever I talk about the economic recovery from this crisis, one answer I get more than any other is that there can be no proper recovery until there is a Covid-19 vaccine. Whether or not we have been guided by science, it seems that we are in the hands of scientists.
That’s a good point. There is nothing normal, or representing a complete economic recovery, in which we have to line up in front of shops, adopt a strict social distancing in offices, factories and public transport and in which spectator sports are take place only without spectators.
