A sadistic killer who stabbed his young victim 133 times before severing his head and using it as a bowling ball is slated to arrive in Britain today after Australia has kicked him out.
Christopher Clark Jones, 36, was imprisoned for life after killing 17-year-old homeless teenager Morgan Jay Berger in Sandgate, north of Brisbane, in 2005.
But Jones had only served 15 years of the sentence and was released on parole earlier this month, before being deported from Australia and returned to the UK on Monday.
Jones – who is expected to land at a London airport today – he was born in Tyneside, and moved to Australia as a child. He lived in Sandgate with his parents and young daughter at the time of the killing.
However, he never took Australian citizenship and had his visa canceled because he is “considered not to be of good character”.

Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton canceled Jones visa on character grounds before he was eligible for parole, The Courier Mail reported.
Dutton said he was one of the most heinous crimes “in Queensland history, and that there is no place in Australia for foreigners who kill people.
British convicts expelled from Australia after canceling visas
Christopher Clark Jones was started from Australia and returned to the UK on Monday.
He has never taken Australian citizenship and has had his visa canceled because he is “considered not to be of good character”.
All Britons need a visa before traveling to Australia, and after four years in the country you can apply to become a citizen.
Jones is back in a series of cases where Australia has sent British criminals.
In 2005, 66-year-old Robert Excell returned after spending 37 years in prison in Australia for a chain of child sex convictions.
Then, in March 2008 prolific pedophile Raymond Horne, 61, was expelled from Australia, where he had lived for more than 50 years.
In 2018 Arthur Greer was deported to the UK after he was granted parole from an Australian prisoner after serving 25 years for the murder of 14 year old Sharon Lee Mason in West Australia in 1992.
He moved to Australia in the 1960s and was deported, It was suspected that Greer, who was from Belfast, killed the girl and then dismembered her body in the bathroom at the back of the shop .
His body parts were put in plastic bags and buried under the garden shed.
Prosecutors argued during his trial Greer had buried the teenager by shooting the floor of a hut in his garden and digging a deep grave. Convicted, despite his plea of innocence, he was imprisoned for life in 1994.
His visa to stay in Australia was revoked after he served his prison sentence.
Jones was put on a private jet on Monday in Australia by the Force Frontier as security contractors brought him to London.
The video shows the killer removing a black hood and holding it toward the camera, as he was escorted to the private jet, apparently trying to hide his identity.
ABF’s title of Acting Commander for the Enforcement of the Dean’s Command of the Church describes the crimes he committed in 2005 as “particularly heinous.”
“Non-citizens who commit crimes are not allowed to stay in Australia and will be removed from their country as soon as possible,” he said.
The judge who presided over the trial said the teenager’s murder was the worst case she had never heard.
Jones had drunk a house rented by co-accused James Patrick Roughan on March 29, 2005, when they got into a drunk argument with the teenager.
Morgan was living in Brisbane hostel at the time and drinking with the two older men the night he was killed.
The 17-year-old was stabbed several times and was beheaded with an ax before pairing his head, like a bowling ball and a puppet.
Witnesses said the men boasted about murder and putting the victim’s head on a tree stump papaya.
Another friend was tricked into helping to dispose of the body under the guise of selling furniture.
He only realized it was a dead body after he got out of the car and saw two legs hanging from the start.
The 17-year-old decapitated body was found in a shallow grave in the bush in Dayboro in April 2005.
He had been wrapped in the carpet, while his head was placed in plastic bags.
After burying the body, the men threw their spades from a bridge on their way home.
An anonymous informer on days off brought the police to the agency. They also found a woodsaw, rugs and bloodstained clothing at the home where Mr. Berger was murdered.
While neither man admitted to Morgan’s death, a witness testified that Jones bragged about his crime.
Chris said he smashed it a bit and then she grabbed a kitchen knife, stabbed him in the back, stabbed him several times and then gave the knife to James and James stabbed him a few times, The witness told the Supreme Court in 2007.

“Then James cut off the head and Chris went out. James was nodding … (that he) had a small smile on his face. Chris was making a joke of the situation. “
In 2007, the court said the men had discussed cutting up the teenager and selling him on a Woolworths supermarket at the meat counter.
Jones threatened his companions and said they wouldn’t “be” if they didn’t help him bury Morgan, the court heard.
Roughan said a friend of his and Jones were discussing what to do with the body when Jones said, “We are going to cut this guy’s chop and sell like Woolworths meat.”

The pair also discussed cutting the body and feeding the sharks, but decided it was too big.
The two men were imprisoned for life and three other men were sentenced to help him get rid of the body.
Jones unsuccessfully turned to the 2008 High Court of Appeal against his conviction.
