Also confirmed to 2021 the range are Coheed and Cambria, Taking Back Sunday, Sublime With Rome, Dirty Heads, and Lupe Fiasco, performing The cool in full.
The 2021 edition will be held Sept. 17-19, 2021 at Douglas Park, almost a year to the day of the scheduled date of the 2020 show (originally scheduled for Sept. 11-13).
A first of three waves of performers 50 acts is announced with Vic Mensa, Living Colour, Big Freedia, Toots and the Maytals, Best Coast, L7, Gogol Bordello, and many more on board.
“If you already have your 2020 ticket, you have the chance, it is good to 2021,” says a statement from the organisers. “We’ll miss you this year, but we will be back, bigger and better in 2021.”
Also, the festival will host a special Thursday preview night on Sept. 16, 2021, with “the surprise sets from mystery tapes.”
Weekend passes are on sale now, at a price of $149.98.
Chicagoan Mike Petryshyn founded the punk-centric festival in 2005. Last year of the 15th anniversary edition had the headline folder featuring Slayer, Bikini Kill, and Blink-182.
