A Metro Vancouver McDonald’s restaurant is said to have closed after one of its employees tested positive for COVID-19, reports said.Media reports say the restaurant on Woolridge Street is undergoing a complete cleanup after an employee tested positive after a shift last Tuesday.

McDonald’s Canada did not respond to the report on Saturday afternoon.

The Fraser Health Region – where Coquitlam is located – has the highest number of 2,878 COVID cases in the province to date, accounting for more than half (1,514) of the total.
