Shortly after, the department was informed that a 21-year-old shooting victim arrived at the Ferguson Police Department. The victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.Police said they thought the shots, which took place in the same block in the city of Kinloch, were linked. Detectives said up to 10 others were near the crime scene at the time.
Investigators urged potential witnesses to provide information and said the investigation into the homicide was underway.
