The wait is finally over as the Premier League returns on Wednesday night after more than three months. Liverpool is on the verge of being crowned champion but there is still a lot to play for at both ends of the table.

Chelsea, in fourth, will look to fend off the challenge of Manchester United, of Wolves and Sheffield United to secure their place in the champions League next season.

At the bottom, West Ham and Watford are hovering dangerously above the drop zone, with only goal difference separating them from Bournemouth, who occupy the last place of relegation.
