Former NHL player Daniel Carcillo – a Stanley Cup winner – claims he was terrorized and sexually watched during his time in junior hockey … and now he’s chasing after her. Carcillo, in a new Toronto lawsuit, alleges that when he was in the Ontario Hockey League, one of the 3 major leagues that make up the Canadian Hockey League – he has been joking violently on a daily basis. In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, 35-year-old Carcillo says he peed and spat on the veterans, smacking them in the bare buttocks by a cannon-cut stick goalkeeper stick, and also forced to attend and participate in the sex orgy parts. And, those who are certain to most tame the allegations made against the OHL and CHL in the suit … Carcillo, who played for the OHL Sarnia Sting and Mississauga IceDogs before his NHL pitch, began his career – was joined by another plaintiff in legal action and together they claim they saw terrifying hazing goes into every room in the CHL. In the trial, the plaintiffs, who say they represent a higher class of the junior hockey league as well as the players – say that the players were forced to masturbate in front of their teams as ordered sexually assault teammates. The plaintiffs also allege the players had to consume other saliva, semen, feces and other bodily fluids. They also say they know of players jostling brooms, hockey sticks and eating each anus. Carcillo’s claims of all the bullying he has experienced have been overpowered by his team members in personal coaching and front offices … and even after investigating the incidents, Carcillo says nothing has been done. In the lawsuit, Carcillo says the experience left him “permanently traumatized” … and requests damages from the CHL, among other things. The former Chicago Blackhawk played in the NHL from 2006 to 2015 … logging 429 games and scoring 48 total goals.
