In the next adjustment of Netflix Ben Dunn’s Warrior nun Arealaa young girl living in modern times is shocked to learn that she is in fact the last of a long line of holy warriors reincarnated which is eventually turned to the the teachings of Jesus Christ in order to find spiritual salvation. But in a thousand years, things have changed.
But in Warrior nunFirst trailer, you can see that the story has changed slightly. Rather than it be all right intended for to become the Warrior nun, Ava Alba (Baptista) is chosen by Mother Superion (Sylvia De Fanti) and Father Vincent (Tristan Ulloa), the two heads of a secret catholic Academy –to become one of the many warriors, where young women (and at least one young priest) are trained in the martial arts to fight the demons.
Although Superion and Vincent find Ava dead, when they use an ancient relic to integrate the halo of an angel in the back of the Ava, the rising and permeating of all sorts of supernatural abilities that make it the Order of the sword phillips the best hope of winning the war against hell. Superimposed in the religious ideology at the sound of the plot, you really don’t get the impression that Warrior nunThis is all that it is concerned about the blasphemy. Example: children religious shooting at people with machine guns.
It is interesting to note that Warrior nun seems to be moving away from some of the directions narrative the most inspired of the manga in which the original cartoon is gone, although the emphasis in the series on a fluid action suggests that it does not deviate completely from the source material. Warrior nun a good chance to be the next big success of Netflix if he does not pull his punches, but we’ll have to see how it all will happen later this summer.
