NBA records 16 positive COVID-19 tests on 302 players

The NBA has recorded 16 positive COVID-19 tests on 302 NBA players.Tests were administered earlier this week.

Any player who tests positive will remain in solitary confinement until he meets public health protocols for termination of solitary confinement and has been authorized by a doctor.

Nikola Jokic, Buddy Hield, Malcolm Brogdon and Jabari Parker were among the players to test positive.

Several players such as Rudy Gobert, Donovan Mitchell and Marcus Smart tested positive in March. It is not known which players may have tested positive before and have recovered to return a negative test.
