Welcome to Minuit Mania!
One of the biggest stories coming out of the UFC on ESPN 11 Max Rohskopf from stopping the loss of Austin Hubbard. Specifically, the controversy arose when the Rohskopf – 25, with only five professional fights to his record – have acknowledged their defeat in the corner several times. Rather than throw in the towel, his corner, the Brazilian jiu-jitsu champion Robert Drysdale, has repeatedly told his hunter to continue.
Everyone has been offering their opinions. Some athletes like Dan Hooker mocked the young hopeful, while many others (including Dana White) defended his decision. Many of Drysdale’s associates have stood up for him on Twitter, and Drysdale himself has done his best to explain the situation.
Anthony Smith is the most qualified as most to offer an opinion. Just last month, he was beaten by Glover Teixeira for a very long period of time. Many have criticized his corner for refusing to throw in the towel, but Smith himself defended the coach and was proud to continue fighting despite the overwhelming damage.
Even with this view, “lionheart”, believes Drysdale messed up. “I’m frustrated for sure,” Smith told TMZ. “I think the reaction of the fighters and the fans is more frustrating … I get it, the child is young, he has to face adversity perhaps for the first time in his career. He thinks he doesn’t have it or needs encouragement. But, uh, I think he asked 9 times! It’s not the bloody blood! ”
“Not all of us think the same,” Smith continued. “Not everyone, it’s me. It’s just different. He is a young child and he wanted to go out, get him the f * ck out of there! He wanted to go home. He said he doesn’t have it. He said he didn’t want to do this again, I don’t want to do that. ‘It’s different from just being down on yourself and needing a me search. Look, I have respect for Drysdale as much as anyone in the game. This guy is a pioneer in jiu-jitsu, I’m a big fan of his. But, he messed up. ”
Overall, it’s a little unfortunate for Rohskopf. He took the fight on short notice and fight when you are tired, so he showed some self-awareness and recognized their defeat. To his coach thrown in the towel right away, his fight would be a footnote on the weekend.
Now, this is a polarizing problem beyond the fight itself, which undoubtedly constitutes an even rougher difficult weekend.

On another note starting this weekend, never make the mistake of thinking that fighting is a real sport. This is the goofiest “opportunity” ever!
Somehow, I don’t expect Gilbert Burns asking to be met.
Cejudo retired, they took him out of the rankings very quickly, we will do it with Connor as well!

There are no bad match-ups at 170 lbs.
I don’t know if Paulo Costa himself is running his Twitter account, if he has been hacked, or if his manager is a weirdo. Either way, the past 48 hours have been very entertaining.

Facing a punch in the back naked choke is an underrated transition.
Zhang did a really good job, pretending and measuring his enemy’s reactions before entering the 1-2 fight.
Anyone else rooting for robots to take over?
Midnight Music: Friday, By Bob Dylan and Neil Young both released new albums. I don’t want to be stuck in 1968, this is a crazy sh * t! Young people of Homegrown was written and recorded in 1975, it was sitting on the set for 45 years, because the music industry is nuts. He’s stuck in purgatory no longer …
Sleep well Maniacs! More crazy martial arts is still on the way.
