Liverpool are expected to take a step forward for Naples defender Kalidou Koulibaly as Jurgen Klopp pushes to the limit to seek to strengthen his team’s place at the top of English football.
Manchester City’s defeat to Chelsea on Thursday night secured Liverpool’s first league title in 30 years, cementing Klopp’s place in Anfield’s history, but the German focused on building a dynasty and the restoration of past glories.
