Justin Biebersues two social media users – whom he suggests to be the same person – for accusing him of sexual assault, saying the allegations are “factually impossible” and are part of a plan to attract attention and celebrity. Bieber pursues 2 Jane Does – who pass Danielle and Kadi on social media – for libel for what he called “malicious”, he allegedly sexually assaulted them in 2014 and 2015, respectively. According to legal documents – obtained by TMZ – Bieber has “compelling documentary evidence” to prove that their allegations of sexual assault are just “outrageous and fabricated lies”. The first is Danielle, who claims that Bieber sexually assaulted her in a room at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, TX on March 9, 2014 after a musical event. Bieber claims there is no truth in Danielle’s allegation … and he can prove it. According to the docs … Bieber made a surprise appearance at SXSW, but did NOT stay at the Four Seasons Hotel or even have a room there. Instead, he and his girlfriend at the time, Selena Gomez, left together after his SXSW performance and stayed nearby in a rental building. Bieber alleges that Danielle completely invented her story based on public reports that he ate at the Four Seasons restaurant on March 10, 2014. As for Kadi… she claims that Bieber sexually assaulted her at the Langham hotel in New York around 2:30 am on May 5, 2015. Once again, Bieber says that this is in fact impossible and calls for Kadi’s publication on social networks “an elaborate” hoax. “ According to Bieber … Kadi is a super fan who waits for him outside hotels, desperately seeks to meet him and desperately seeks glory. However, Bieber claims that Kadi has never met him … and says that she even admitted it in her own tweets AFTER the date she claims now that he sexually assaulted her. As for the allegation of May 5, 2015 … Bieber claims that Kadi made it because she knew that Bieber had attended the Met Gala. According to the documents … Bieber attended the event well, but then went to a private party where he stayed until close to 4 am and then hit a hot dog stand. Bieber claims that there is photographic evidence and several witnesses to this … and he calls the allegation of 2:30 am made by Kadi an “impossibility – poor but damaging manufacturing”. Depending on the suit … Bieber also believes that the 2 social media accounts could be managed by the same person, or that they are a coordinated effort to ruin his reputation. He is suing for more than $ 20 million in damages – $ 10 million for each of the stories.
