Jadakiss has a good old time during his “Verzuz” battle with Fabolous, even sharing that he was responsible for writing some of Diddy’s rhymes.
The culture has won this evening after Fabolous and Jadakiss has a memorable time Verzuz battle on Instagram. The live streaming music event continues this week, in the direction of things towards the rap. Verzuz launched as a way for artists and fans to not only pass the quarantine time, but to celebrate the icons and legends of the music industry. We looked at a number of notable “battles” in recent months, ranging from hip hop rap R&B neo-Soul, New Jack Swing, and on Monday (29 June), we saw Fabolous and Jadakiss to go around the round.
As always, hundreds of thousands of fans tuned in to watch the live battle between the two New York rap legends, and that the music had people grooving, Jadakiss is a set of mood. Mounted in a bright yellow ensemble, Jadakiss had the time of his life, to spend time with his long-time friend of the Fab and to take a walk into memory lane with all of their hits. He put down a few facts, including that he wrote Diddy’s verse on “Victory” in 1998, a track that features Biggie and Busta Rhymes. Like the Bad Boy mogul later rapped, ” Don’t you worry if I write rhymes, I write checks. ”
