George Floyd: A second agent is released from the prison on the relationship

Kueng has been one of the four police officers involved in the arrest of Floyd on Memorial Day on suspicion of using a fake$ 20 bill. The arrest has led to Floyd’s death, which has triggered global protests against racial injustice and police conduct.

Another officer, Thomas Lane, 37, was released earlier this month on $750,000 bond.

Floyd is dead, has been captured on video by passers-by. The pictures showed then-Officer Derek Chauvin pressing his knee on Floyd’s neck while he was on the ground outside of a police vehicle. Floyd said several times that he could not breathe and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Chauvin was charged with second-degree murder. The three other officers at the scene-Lane, Kueng and Tou Thao — have been accused of aiding and abetting second-degree murder.

Chauvin bail was set at $ 1.25 million. Like his three colleagues, he has offered a reduction of bail to $ 1 million if he agrees to certain conditions, including that it does not work in the security or law enforcement, do not have contact with Floyd’s family, not to leave Minnesota, and the surrender of all firearms and permits. If he posts bail, his release would be supervised.

The other three officers were held on $ 1 million bail, but it could be lowered to $750,000 with conditions.
